Job summary

The Enhanced Acuity Technician at Damar Services, LLC in Richmond, IN is an on-site, full-time role supporting residents in our behavioral health and I/DD services. You will perform skills-based treatment, assist with data collection, and support the treatment team in evaluating clinical services.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid Indiana driver's license if driving, and the ability to pass a pre-employment screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license required if position involves driving.
• Clear background check and no felony convictions or disqualifying charges.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support to residents in the residential program.
• Assists with Skills Based Treatment and data collection.
• Participates with the treatment team to evaluate clinical services.
• Operates vehicles to transport clients as needed.
• Completes incident reports and reports concerns to supervisors.
