Job summary

Damar Services, LLC on Richmond's campus seeks an Enhanced Acuity Technician to provide direct support for individuals with I/DD or autism. The role includes supervision, data collection, and participating in skills-based interventions under the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 to work in Children's Residential program.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Indiana driver's license and clean driving record.
• Clear of felonies; pass background screening.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.
• Able to maintain background screening and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide client supervision and care with crisis management.
• Promote appropriate social behaviors and assist goals.
• Support treatment team and documentation as directed.
• Operate vehicles to transport clients when needed.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
