Damar Services, LLC is seeking an Enhanced Acuity Technician to work on our Richmond campus in Richmond, IN. The role involves direct support for individuals with behavioral health needs, data collection, and implementing skills-based treatments under the treatment team guidance.

Formación

• Be at least 21 to work in our Children's Residential program; other roles available for 18–21.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Indiana driver's license and clean driving record.
• No felony convictions or disqualifying criminal history.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Background screening clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support to individuals; assist treatment teams.
• Assist with data collection and skills-based treatment.
• Supervise clients, promote positive behaviors, and help achieve goals.
• Operate transportation to transport clients when needed.
