Job summary

Damar Services, LLC in Richmond, Indiana is seeking an Enhanced Acuity Technician to provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with treatment teams and contribute to skills-based training, data collection, and intensive intervention services.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
21 years or older for Children's Residential program; younger applicants encouraged to apply.
Valid Indiana driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Clear background check and successful pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to individuals in daily activities and programs.
Assist treatment team with data collection and progress tracking.
Deliver skills-based training and intensive intervention services.
Maintain safety and document incidents and outcomes accordingly.
