McBride Quality Care Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Home Manager to support a residential program serving youth. The role provides direct supervision and care to residents and oversight to Youth Development Workers, in collaboration with the Program Director.

You will ensure treatment plans are followed, supervise admissions and daily activities, maintain documentation, and uphold agency policies. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and to model professional conduct is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some college or a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least one year of youth-related residential care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support resident treatment plans.
• Supervise admissions, intakes, and discharges.
• Oversee resident programming and activities.
• Provide guidance to Youth Development Workers.
• Maintain safe, structured environment and document incidents.
