• Preferred: Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or related field; experience in corrections or human services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee youths in daily activities ensuring safety and security.
• Teach and model basic expectations; lead by example and practice safe behaviors.
• Use cognitive behavioral strategies and motivational interviewing to facilitate behavior change.
• Provide positive reinforcement and develop youths' coping skills and self-regulation.

Education
