Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley in Appleton, WI is seeking a Recruitment and HR Coordinator to lead full-cycle recruitment for youth-facing staff and volunteers and to ensure a welcoming onboarding experience for new team members.

You will support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, helping ensure timely, professional support for staff at multiple locations. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and a commitment to empowering youth through caring adults.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume or seasonal hiring.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for youth-facing staff and volunteers.
• Develop talent pipelines to meet staffing needs.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and program leaders.
• Maintain compliance with hiring requirements and employment documentation.
• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including records and timekeeping.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR across multiple locations.
• Assist HR projects and process improvements to enhance employee experience.
