Job summary

Serrato Corporation invites applications for a Recreation Coordinator role in Little Rock, AR. You will develop and supervise a broad range of leisure activities for students, with shifts in the evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and delivering diverse programs, supervising volunteers, and maintaining records. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience and an Associate of Arts Degree.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Computer literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
• High level of communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of recreation activities, games, sports, arts and crafts etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and carrying out department's recreational services.
• Explain and demonstrate the uses of supplies and equipment and techniques used in activities.
• Maintain a well-rounded program of diversified activities in the recreation area.
• Recruit volunteers and supervise volunteer personnel in the recreation area.
• Chaperone and direct off-Center trips and manage funds for trips.
• Submit time sheets and reports according to Center policy and train student leaders.
