Adams and Associates is seeking a Recreation Advisor at the Phoenix Job Corps Center to implement and oversee a comprehensive recreation program for students. You will promote health and wellness through scheduled activities and collaborate with campus teams to deliver engaging programs.

The role emphasizes safety, data integrity, and leadership while supporting residents in a residential education environment. A valid in-state driver's license is required, with CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates of Arts Degree or 1-year related experience working with youth.
• Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License; CDL preferred.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds and other mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follows integrity guidelines and prevents manipulation of student data.
• Supervise and help run a diverse recreation program.
• Coordinate activities with CPP and Social Development, including evenings.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment safety and facility appearance.
• Provide high-quality supervision and mentoring to students.
