Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or 1-year related experience working with youth preferred.
• Valid in-State Driver's License and insurability requirements; CDL preferred.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds and other mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement diverse recreational activities including sports, fitness, outdoor adventures, and team-building.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment promoting personal growth and leadership.
• Provide mentorship to students to build social skills, confidence, and resilience.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate recreational activities into the educational/vocational program.
• Monitor student progress and adapt activities to improve outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, compliant recreational setting for all participants.
