Job summary

Minnetonka Public Schools is seeking an entry-level Recreation Administrative Assistant to support the Minnetonka Community Education (MCE) Recreation team and the Explorers childcare program. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Sport Management, Youth Development, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, administrative, and hands-on support to the Recreation Department.
• Support the Explorers program with childcare for elementary students and family engagement.
• Assist in planning, logistics, and execution of community events, leagues, and youth programs.
• Attend staff meetings and execute assigned administrative and operational tasks.
• Manage on-site event support during evenings and weekends.
