Qualifications

• Requires an Associates of Arts degree or one year of related youth work experience.
• Flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays and nights.
• Includes driving responsibility with valid state license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug screen and complete a nationwide background check.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct trainees in leisure-time recreation and leadership programs.
• Assist with center-sponsored trips/events and chaperone when needed.
• Support water safety programming and related documentation.
• Provide instruction in recreational clubs such as sports, arts, drama, or crafts.
• Mentor students to help develop life skills.
