Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Min 3 years in human services with youth programs.
• Min 3 years supervisory experience.
• 3 years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise unit staff according to policies.
• Lead trainings and coaching for staff.
• Identify and recruit youth work opportunities.
• Review worksite applications and job descriptions.
• Coordinate YouthWorks events.
• Visit worksites to ensure safety and compliance.
• Oversee youth timesheet and payroll processing.
