• Completion of child abuse prevention training prior to first day in program.

Responsibilities

• Nurture children through purposeful programming focused on achievement and belonging.
• Maintain close supervision and adhere to staff-child ratios at all times.
• Plan and implement classes around specific topics and skills.
• Engage families and connect parents to YMCA activities and volunteers.
• Ensure safety, reporting, and compliance with policies and procedures.
