Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Maury County is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee daily planning, implementation, and evaluation of youth programs for ages 5-18 at a single Club site.

The role supports Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character and Citizenship, with responsibilities for staff supervision, program quality, attendance logging, and coordinating with the Area Director to meet safety and developmental goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years in a Boys & Girls Club or similar setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead groups and supervise staff.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, basic databases).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily planning, implementation, and evaluation of youth programs at a single Club site.
• Ensure programs align with established schedules, standards and goals.
• Maintain staffing levels and supervise volunteers to meet ratios.
• Track attendance and program metrics; report to Area Director.
• Coordinate with Programs Outcomes Director to deliver materials on time.
• Uphold health and safety standards for members and staff.
