Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of South-Central Tennessee is seeking a Program Director to oversee daily operations, program quality, and site supervision at a club site serving youth ages 5-18. You will manage staff, track outcomes, and coordinate with schools and families to deliver engaging activities.

The role emphasizes program quality, staff development, and community partnerships within a year-round, full-time framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar setting; supervision of developmental activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead and engage youth in various group settings.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily implementation of youth development programs and activities.
• Supervise program staff and volunteers; ensure safety and adherence to policies.
• Process memberships, track attendance, and manage billing records.
• Coordinate with schools and parents; maintain site relationships.
• Provide regular updates to Area Director on operations and outcomes.
• Assist with program materials logistics and budget adherence.
