Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Maury County is seeking a part-time youth program assistant to implement hands-on activities across academic, health, and character outcomes. You will prepare lesson materials, supervise groups, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for K-12 youth at the Pulaski site.

This role requires a High School diploma and prior experience with children; reliability, patience, and creativity are essential to foster positive youth development and teamwork with staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Some experience working with children is required.
• Preferred experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
• Ability to relate to youth and keep activities fun.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on programs with youth focused on outcomes: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship.
• Prepare Youth for Success and execute club activities under supervision.
• Maintain safety, discipline, and proper conduct with members.
• Record attendance and complete required paperwork on time.
• Support a team environment and collaborate with peers.
