Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Illinois is seeking a Security Guard for the Satellite Site. In cooperation with the Site Director, you will oversee daily atmosphere and premises, and assist with supervision of program participants, ensuring sign-in/sign-out and correct location tracking.

You will support staff by addressing disruptive behavior, monitor disciplinary actions, help maintain records, and assist with events and field trips. A valid Illinois driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of youth development and ability to motivate youth.
• Ability to organize and supervise participants to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Strong communication with participants, parents, and staff.
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities
