Job summary

The Town of Parker, Colorado is seeking a frontline staff member to provide patron services across our events, recreation center, and Discovery Park. You will help guests, enforce rules, and maintain a welcoming, safe environment.

This role requires flexible hours and the ability to assist with setup and teardown for events. Applicants should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Experience performing general cleaning and facility maintenance tasks is preferred.
• Knowledge of town, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and various shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line patron services in events, recreation center, and Discovery Park.
• Monitor and maintain safe conditions and appearance of facilities.
• Assist with setup/teardown for events, programs, and rentals.
• Respond to emergencies and complete incident reports.
• Complete required documentation and participate in inventory procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Town and Department policies and report abuse when observed.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and coordinate with staff.
