Job summary

Town of Parker is seeking a friendly, customer-focused staff member to provide patron services across events, recreation centers, and parks. You will help with setup and teardown, monitor safety, and assist with daily maintenance to keep facilities welcoming and functional.

The position requires flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Applicants must be at least 16 years old; prior cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of town, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies.
• Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of recreation principles and practices, including best practices and customer relations techniques.
• Knowledge of recreation center equipment and facilities.
• Skill in providing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line patron services in events, recreation center/fieldhouse, and Discovery Park.
• Assist with opening, closing, and inventory procedures; monitor safety and maintain facilities.
• Respond to emergencies and complete incident reports as needed.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down tables, chairs, and equipment for events, programs, and rentals.
