YMCA of Youngstown seeks a part-time program leader to supervise a program area, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and high-quality experiences for children and families. You will champion the YMCA core values—honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring—and support staff and volunteers in delivering community programs.

Responsibilities include engaging members, maintaining a clean, safe space, following safety policies, and contributing to fundraising and outreach efforts.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age with experience working with children.
• Ability to work well with youth and parents and be energetic, creative and enthusiastic.
• Previous experience with diverse populations preferred.
