Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health GA provides programs and services for adolescents with behavioral and developmental diagnoses. The Project Coordinator will oversee youth development, mentoring, foster care support, and prevention initiatives, coordinating activities and ensuring services are delivered with trauma-informed and survivor-centered approaches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Criminal Justice, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience with at-risk youth, foster care, residential care, mentoring programs, or prevention-focused initiatives.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee youth development and prevention programming across multiple program locations.
• Facilitate healthy relationship education, life skills training, empowerment workshops, and enrichment activities.
• Develop supportive relationships with youth and assist with individualized support planning.
• Coordinate mentoring services and monitor participant engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with schools, foster care agencies, residential programs, and other stakeholders.
