Job summary

Skate Journeys seeks a Programs and Outreach Coordinator in the Seattle/Eastside area for 10–20 hours per week. You will work closely with the Executive Director to support classes, camps, and events, develop new programs, and build partnerships with youth organizations.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must be a team leader, self-starter, well-organized, passionate about youth programming, experienced with community outreach and networking with youth organizations, and have a clean driving record and background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program offerings in coordination with the Executive Director.
• Set up Afterschool programs (ASP) and events, including scheduling and fundraising activities.
• Coordinate with instructors, volunteers, and SJ policies.
• Provide client support via web/email and on-site during programs.
• Manage calendars, attendance, and time-keeping for events.
