Job summary

The Smith Entertainment Group seeks a part-time Youth Enablement Coordinator to serve as the operational arm of Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth youth initiatives. This role keeps programs organized, tracks procurement, analyzes surveys, and reports on campaign performance behind the scenes.

The position follows the school district schedule (9:00am-2:30pm, M-F) with holidays and summers off. It offers hourly pay and a collaborative, growth-minded environment across campaigns and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
172–2 years of experience in marketing operations or project coordination.
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools; Excel/Google Sheets a plus.
Experience with survey platforms and project management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain tool kits and resource packages for youth program partners.
Lead youth procurement efforts, researching vendors and sourcing promotional items.
Track, organize, and fulfill promo item inventory for events and campaigns.
Design, field, and analyze surveys and voice-of-customer research.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards that measure campaign performance and attendance.
Own the youth marketing content calendar and coordinate campaigns across channels.
Assist with onboarding of new youth partners and community organizations.
Collaborate with youth and marketing teams to meet operational needs.
