Utah Jazz is seeking a part-time Youth Enablement Coordinator to serve as the operational arm of the youth initiatives within Smith Entertainment Group. You will keep initiatives organized and measured, manage partner tool kits, onboarding, procurement tracking, and reporting on campaign performance to ensure smooth functioning behind the scenes.

The role requires high organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Track and fulfill promo item inventory for events and campaigns.
• Design, field, and analyze surveys and voice-of-customer research to gather feedback.
• Build dashboards to measure campaign performance, event attendance, and surveys.
• Own the youth marketing content calendar; coordinate timing across campaigns and communications.
• Support onboarding of new youth partners and community organizations; orient them to processes and resources.
• Collaborate with youth and marketing teams to meet operational needs across initiatives.
• Take ownership of assignments with positivity and attention to detail; jump in as needed.

The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will bring a growth mindset and a genuine desire to elevate what's possible - always looking for ways to improve, innovate, and push youth initiatives forward. This unique opportunity is a seasonal position that follows the schedule of the school district in the area you live! Schedule is generally 9:00am-2:30pm Monday through Friday with all school holidays, teacher comp days, early out and/or late start days, and summers off. This position is hourly and part-time.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tool kits and resource packages for youth program partners, ensuring materials are current, clear, and on-brand.
• Lead youth procurement efforts, researching vendors and sourcing promotional items while driving cost efficiencies wherever possible.
• Track, organize, and fulfill promo item inventory to support events, campaigns, and partner deliverables.
• Design, field, and analyze surveys and voice-of-customer research to gather feedback on youth programs and initiatives.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards that measure campaign performance, event attendance, survey results, and other key metrics for the youth department.
• Own the youth marketing content calendar, coordinating timing across campaigns, events, web updates, and partner communications to keep all workstreams aligned.
• Support the onboarding of new youth partners and community organizations, helping them get oriented to processes, resources, and expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the youth and marketing departments to ensure operational needs are met across all active initiatives.
• Take ownership of assignments and complete them with positivity and attention to detail.
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
