Carnival Cruise Lines is seeking a Coordinator, Youth Programs to support operations across the US and Australia fleets. You will manage procurement, inventory, and logistics for shipboard youth and family experiences, while ensuring quality and branding standards across supplies and events.

The role emphasizes collaboration with shipboard teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, with focus on data-driven improvements and efficient administrative tasks in a fast-paced cruise environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in entertainment, business, hospitality, education, sports and recreation or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Adaptability and resilience in changing circumstances.
• Attention to detail in data entry and inventory tasks.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork abilities.
• Proven time management and self-direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Diplomacy and confidentiality in vendor and stakeholder interactions.
• Experience with office administration and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support fleetwide daily operations for Youth Programs including procurement and logistics.
• Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships, quotes, orders and shipment logistics.
• Maintain and audit inventory; visit warehouse quarterly and fulfill consumable requests.
• Monitor quality, age ratings and adherence to branding standards.
• Provide administrative support: meetings, presentations, reports, data entry, travel and onboarding.
• Plan and manage shipboard conferences and special projects.
