Job summary

TGTHR is seeking a part-time Resident Support Specialist in Boulder, CO. The role focuses on trauma-informed engagement, skill-building, and supportive services for youth residing at 1440 Pine.

You will document activities, coordinate with the team, and help residents access housing-related resources while maintaining a safe living space. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or vulnerable populations.
• Bachelor's degree required; work experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, stable, empowering living space.
• Provide day-to-day engagement and emotional support to residents.
• Help youth build independent living skills (budgeting, cooking, personal care).
• Use crisis-intervention and de-escalation when needed.
• Facilitate life-skills groups and community activities.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation daily in Salesforce and other databases.
• Collaborate with the supportive services team.
• Drive residents to appointments and resources.
• Support TGTHR's mission with compassion, structure, and teamwork.
