Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is seeking a Program Manager to develop and sustain community relationships, advance programs at the Aurora Club site, and ensure grant requirements and curriculum-based programs are met. You will evaluate programs and report on outcomes to create an engaging Club experience for youth.

The role emphasizes lead programming quality, partnerships, and data-driven improvements, while supporting staff development and youth engagement across multiple Club initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or coursework toward a bachelor’s degree in education, youth development, human services, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience serving youth with responsibility for program planning, implementation, or coordination.
• Understanding of youth development best practices.
• Experience evaluating program quality and contributing to continuous improvement of programs to meet quality standards.
• At least one year of experience providing training, coaching, and constructive feedback to develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Club Director with driving KPIs such as Average Daily Attendance, Registered Members, Active Members and Frequent Attenders in alignment with Operational Excellence.
• Administer the annual Key Performance Data assessment with the Impact Department to ensure great experiences for Club members.
• Champion execution of quality programming aligned with grant requirements and organizational expectations.
• Collaborate with the Impact Department to identify Program Partners and experiential opportunities across the Denver Metro.
