• Monitor and supervise part-time staff and volunteers.
• Collaborate with community stakeholders to promote youth involvement.
• Prepare needs assessments, monthly reports, and newsletters to inform the community.
• Develop newsletters, flyers, and news releases for the office and programs.
• Serve on teams and boards aligned with youth development.
• Address public inquiries.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed.
