Responsibilities

• Organizes and facilitates educational program areas for at-risk high school students.
• Builds communication between school staff and program participants.
• Ensures documents and program rollout information are up to date.
• Hires, trains and supervises staff assisting program areas.
• Evaluates staff performance and acts as primary contact for guidance.
• Conducts in-service training and staff development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
