Qualifications

• Experience with youth programs is a plus.
• Ability to engage groups and manage discussions in a respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons on self-esteem, self-love, and personal development.
• Encourage active participation and respectful group discussion.
• Create a safe, supportive environment for youth.
• Apply trauma-informed, restorative, and strength-based approaches.
• De-escalate disruptive behavior using appropriate techniques.
• Set goals with participants and identify positive alternatives.
• Adapt activities to meet ages and engagement levels.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Complete attendance sheets and session notes.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Collaborate with mentors, school staff, and partners.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development.
• Prepare materials before scheduled sessions.
• Follow organizational policies and procedures.
