Job summary

Gray Matter Experience is seeking dynamic facilitators to lead sessions delivering curriculum to high school students and partner programs. You will work with volunteers, staff, and partner leads, delivering content both in-person and virtually throughout the school year.

Applicants should have prior experience engaging youth, strong communication skills, and a passion for entrepreneurship. The role requires a background check and a positive, ambassadorial presence in schools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with high school or young adult youth in program settings.
• High school diploma required.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about entrepreneurship and critical thinking for youth.
• Strong technology skills and the ability to navigate Google Meets and Google Suite.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise students in an average 15:1 ratio.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions held during the school day, after-school, and/or weekends, in-person or virtual.
• Relay TGME curriculum to students in an engaging manner with responsive decision making.
• Foster a welcoming and safe environment for students.
• Promote and track regular attendance and active participation.
• Provide individual support and entrepreneurial guidance to students and connect them with resources.
