The primary responsibility of the Program Facilitator is to manage the day to day activities of the designated program area, overseeing program content and initiatives. Come join the team and share your youth support experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Teaching Credential preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and facilitates respective educational program areas throughout the year for at-risk high school students.
• Build relationships with client school staff to create a seamless, open flow of communication between all parties involved.
• Ensure all documents and program roll out information is up to date and complete.
• Hire, train and supervise staff who will assist facilitating designated program areas.
• Evaluate staff performance and serve as contact person for problem resolution or guidance.
• Conduct in-service training programs and supervise new staff development.
• Perform other functions and duties as assigned.
