Douglas County School District seeks a Program Leader - BASE to supervise and guide children in the program under leadership. You will plan activities, communicate with families, and promote positive community relations.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, guiding behavior, planning curriculum, and engaging with children. This 0.50 FTE position at Pine Lane Intermediate offers a 20-hour week, 260 work days, and a comprehensive benefits package, open until filled (deadline 01/09/2027).

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work with children.
• Three months (455 hours) of verified care/supervision experience with four or more children not related to you; or,
• An active ECPC credential level I or higher (version 3.0) as determined by the Colorado Dept.

• Ensure active supervision and safety of all children.
• Guide behavior and promote a positive program environment.
• Plan and implement program activities and curriculum.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Engage with children to respond to their needs and interests.
