Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience caring for four or more children (3+ months) or hold Early Childhood Credential Level I v3.0.
• Ability to work with children and maintain safety and positive guidance.

Responsibilities

• Uses positive techniques to guide behavior and promote respectful interactions.
• Ensures children's safety through supervision and guidance at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Builds healthy relationships with children by engaging with them and understanding their needs.
• Plans and implements activities to support learning, exploration, and belonging in the program.
