Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati is seeking a Program Coordinator to strategically plan, supervise, and execute diverse, high‑impact programs across the club. You will collaborate with the Club Director and Directors of Programs to advance Graduate, Fit for Life, and Ready to Serve models, delivering engaging activities and curricula for members of all ages.

You will establish external partnerships, recruit and retain participants, and lead tutoring and educational initiatives to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with youth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead program staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute high‑impact programs across the Club.
• Develop engaging activities and curricula for members of all ages.
• Build partnerships with external organizations to enrich offerings.
• Recruit and retain participants; track attendance and program impact.
• Lead Graduate, Fit for Life, Ready to Serve initiatives and tutoring.
• Supervise Program Leaders and Interns; ensure proper record-keeping.
• Ensure safety, manage supplies, and share program information with parents.
