Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati Inc is seeking a part-time Youth Program Assistant to support program leaders and educators in delivering the BGCGC mission to members.

You'll help implement the Graduate, Fit for Life, Ready to Serve model using the YPQI tool, engage members through activities, maintain records, and collaborate with staff to promote growth and safety in a dynamic after-school environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Youth Development experience a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with young people in a positive way.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of programs for Club members.
• Stimulate program interest through activities, events, and recognition.
• Maintain attendance, meal counts, and other records.
• Provide individual guidance and build member relationships.
• Keep program areas clean, orderly, and safe.
• Participate in professional development trainings.
• Collaborate with Program Leader and staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
