Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead program staff to provide developmentally appropriate care and instruction for children aged 6 weeks to 18 years in CYS programs.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans and activities based on observed needs and interests.
• Instruct team members, provide written instructions, reference materials, and supplies.
• Ensure staff follow health and safety standards including diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning and safe sleep practices.
