Job summary

Obsolete Site seeks a dedicated childcare supervisor to lead the Child and Youth Services (CYS) team. You will ensure developmentally appropriate programming for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years, and guide staff with lesson planning and safety practices.

The role requires ensuring health and safety standards, immunization compliance, and effective communication with team and customers. A high school diploma and relevant credentials or education background are required, with possible

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Resumes must be two pages (or less) and clearly demonstrate relevant experience and abilities.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead program staff to provide developmentally appropriate care and instruction for ages 6 weeks to 18 years.
• Ensure implementation of developmentally appropriate programs promoting growth in social, emotional, physical and cognitive domains.
• Instruct team members, provide written instructions, and develop lesson plans based on observed needs.
