Job summary

The Boca Raton's Beach Club seeks a Youth Attendant to lead and supervise engaging youth and family programs. You will organize activities for children ages 4–12, including games, crafts, and swimming, while enforcing safety rules and club standards.

Applicants should have 2+ years in youth programs or related fields, be able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and communicate well with parents and staff. High school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in coaching, camps, youth programs, recreation or related field.
• Must be able to run, jump, swim and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
• Must speak/read/write/understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead, host and participate in supervised youth, teen and family programs for ages 4‑12.
• Organize games (soccer, volleyball, ping pong, water sports) and supervise swimming daily.
• Develop activity programs (art, crafts, STEM, trivia, themed activities).
• Work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Enforce rules and daily routines; ensure safety and health standards.
• Maintain equipment and communicate with parents as needed.
