Job summary

The Beach Club Inc., Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a Youth Programs Supervisor for the seasonal period. This role leads childcare and youth activities, mentors staff, and ensures a safe, engaging environment for children and families.

You will collaborate with club leadership to design and run camps, events, and enrichment programs, while managing budgets and maintaining compliance with safety standards. This is a part-time, on-site seasonal position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required (as per posting).
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in youth programming or childcare.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate youth programs, camps, workshops, and events.
• Lead staff, recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate youth program employees.
• Oversee daily childcare operations and ensure safety and engagement.
• Develop calendars, manage budgets, and monitor program quality and participation.
• Promote family engagement and collaborate with multiple departments.
