Job summary

The Beach Club is seeking a Youth Programs Supervisor to lead and develop youth and children's activities, camps, and educational programs for members and guests. This hourly seasonal role reports to the F&B Manager and oversees staff and safety compliance.

You will design calendars, manage staff, ensure developmentally appropriate activities, and collaborate across departments to enhance the family experience. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Recreation Management, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive youth programming experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate youth and children's programs, events, camps, workshops, and activities.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, coach, and evaluate staff and volunteers.
• Maintain safe, clean program spaces and supervise daily operations.
• Engage parents and members with clear communication and feedback loops.
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and vendor management for programs.
• Ensure safety policies and emergency procedures are followed.
