You will lead lifeguards and recreation staff, coordinate with multiple departments, manage supplies and POS systems, assist with hiring and training, and contribute fresh programs.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certification required.
• Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead and manage teams across multiple locations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and operational logistics.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and moderate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of lifeguard and teen programs across locations.
• Ensure safety protocols and operational procedures in all recreational areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and guest experience.
• Maintain schedules, inventories, waivers, and disciplinary records.
• Assist in ordering supplies and creating purchase orders.
• Lead by example and coach staff; participate in hiring and evaluations.
• Coordinate with departments and communicate tasks digitally.
• Monitor health and safety compliance.
