Job summary

The Teen Coordinator at Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County in Rochester, WA, supports teens by developing engaging programs and providing mentorship within the club's after-school framework. Age 21 or older.
Experience working with youth and in a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CPR and First Aid certifications (required).

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, marketing, and delivery of educational and recreational programming.
Plan and implement programs aligned with Academic Success and Healthy Lifestyles.
Deliver age-appropriate programs for youth in grades 6-12.
Supervise areas to maintain a safe, positive environment.
Maintain a high-energy, collaborative club culture with staff.
Promote daily program participation and engagement.
Maintain relationships with parents, staff, and visitors.
Attend staff meetings and trainings.
Take on additional tasks as needed.
