Job summary

The Teen Coordinator at Whatcomclubs engages with 6-12th grade teens in Blaine and Ferndale, coordinating programs focused on career prep, service, and well-being. Responsibilities

  • Create the vibe with career prep, community service, and healthy lifestyle programs.
  • Be the bridge by building real relationships with teens and helping them find their voice.
  • Lead the team by supporting program staff to keep the Clubhouse safe, fun, and inclusive.
  • Grow the family through outreach and engagement in Blaine and Ferndale.

The Role: What You'll Actually Do

Forget the boring desk job. Your "office" is a high-energy Clubhouse where no two days are the same. You will:

  • Create the Vibe: Lead awesome programs focused on career prep, community service, and healthy lifestyles.
  • Be the Bridge: Build real relationships with teens, helping them find their voice and their passions.
  • Lead the Team: Support and inspire program staff to keep the Clubhouse safe, fun, and inclusive.
  • Grow the Family: Help us reach more teens in Blaine and Ferndale through outreach and engagement.

STARTING PAY: $21.00/per hour
