Job summary

Southwest Key Programs in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Service Coordinator/Group Facilitator to deliver direct services and lead weekly group sessions using the program curriculum. You will manage intake, documentation, and coordination with families, schools, and community partners.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field.
• Four years with an Associate’s degree or two years with a Bachelor's in youth/family work.
• Experience with youth ages 6–17.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake with client and family/guardian.
• Plan and deliver weekly group sessions using the designated curriculum.
• Enter documentation in ETO and PEIRS after each session.
• Maintain sign-in sheets and track sessions.
• Collaborate with schools and community agencies for service delivery.
• Provide advocacy, referrals and linkages to participants and families.
• Attend required trainings and workshops.
• Maintain workspace and assist with duties as assigned.
