Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff and ensure program structure.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment plans for clients.
• Document services and report progress to Program Manager.
• Coordinate with local services and referrals for client support.
• Participate in trainings and staff meetings.
• Ensure client safety and maintain accurate records.
