Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for youth and families.
• Deliver clinical supervision to family engagement specialists.
• Triage calls, assess intake, and refer to services as needed.
• Carry a direct care caseload and assist with difficult sessions.
• Lead weekly team meetings and participate in training.
• Maintain grants oversight, reporting, and program fidelity.
