Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire seeks a dedicated Program Director to oversee school-age programs and summer camps across a wide region. You will plan, implement, and evaluate activities that align with youth development outcomes and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 20 with HS diploma, GED, HiSET or TASC.
• One of: site director qualification or 2000 hours with children.
• Enroll in child development courses with defined credit plan.
• DOE educator certification or equivalent verification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a broad range of school-age and summer camp programs.
• Plan, develop, and implement programs where coverage is needed.
• Coordinate daily activities with safety and licensing standards.
• Provide instruction and feedback to develop youth skills.
• Load, monitor, and report on program participation and outcomes.
• Manage expenditures within approved budget.
