Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is seeking a Program Director to oversee school-age and summer camp programs across multiple locations. You will lead program development, ensure safety standards, and align activities with youth development goals.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires strong leadership, program administration, and collaboration with staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality experiences for youth while managing budgets and compliance with licensing

Qualifications

• Minimum age 20 with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children and youth programs preferred.
• Background check requirements included by organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee school-age and summer camp programs to meet youth development outcomes.
• Develop program goals, safety standards, and staff guidance.
• Supervise program volunteers and staff; provide feedback and training.
• Track program metrics and ensure licensing requirements are met.
• Coordinate communications and postings for events and activities.
